Surrogates Compensation
Base Compensation
- First-Time Surrogates:Typically, the base compensation for first-time surrogates ranges from $40,000 to $50,000, depending on the state of residence. This ensures that our surrogates arecompensated fairly in line with regional living standards.
- Experienced Surrogates: Surrogates who have successfully completed a surrogacy journey beforewill receive higher base compensation in recognition of their continued commitment and expertise.
- Multiples: If the surrogacy results in a multiple pregnancy, an additional $10,000 is provided for each additional baby, acknowledging the extra care and effort required.

Surrogate Benefit Package
- Non-Accountable Monthly Expense Allowance: To help cover day-to-day expenses without the need for itemization.
- Monthly Support Group Meetings: Offering emotional support and advice from other surrogates and professionals.
- Cycle Medication Start Fee: A fee provided to the surrogate to compensate for the initiation of medications required for the IVF cycle.
- Embryo Transfer Fee: Acknowledging the crucial role of this procedure.
